The tech industry is intimidating.

Digitally native Gen Z is growing up in a world so interconnected, STEM is taught as a second language. For the rest of us over twenty, it was not. Especially to women.
Girls Who Code needed a campaign that confronted STEM stereotypes and explained learning to code differently. This messaging speaks to twenty-somethings, professional women already in the 9-5 working world, looking to make a career change or add a new skillset.
Fuck the dress code
In 1995 37% of computer scientists were women.

Today, its only 24%. Why is that? The Tech industry can only evolve further if it grows in diversity and inclusion first.
